Half Stretching Session

This 30 minute stretching session is great for those who are looking to focus on one area of the body.  This is a great option for those who experience more flexibility or have a good at home stretching practice. Or, those with a more singular goal for their stretching sessions.

Full Stretching Session

Our most popular option, this 60 minute stretching session allows you to experience a full body stretch as well as spend more dedicated time on areas of concern. This session is great for those who experience tension throughout the body or those who want a full body reset.

Why Facilitated Stretching?

1

Improved Mobility

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, or PNF stretching  can improve elasticity therefore increasing the body's active and passive range of motion.

2

Stability and Balance

Activating the proprioceptors through targeted muscle contractions can increase sensory input and coordination as well as strengthening joint stability.

3

Injury Prevention

Reduce your risk of injury  by relieving tension as well as providing balance in the musculoskeletal system which can lead to better body mechanics.

Jennifer L.

"Christie put me at ease with this first time experience! The facilitated stretch session was informative, and I have noticed greater mobility in areas that were restricted. Christie gave me several stretches and range of movement suggestions I can continue to do at home. Great experience."

Maintain your Meaningful Movements

Facilitated stretching can enhance your wellness practices whether you are an athlete training for an upcoming event, looking to relieve tension from repetitive movements or lack of movement (i.e. sitting for long periods), or just looking to feel better and move freely.
